Flint AI Systems is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We build AI systems that handle busy work for businesses and for people's own lives. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact form details. When you fill out the form we collect the name, business name, email address, selection and message you provide.
Basic technical data. This site is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosts, Netlify may record standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This site does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your message and provide the services you ask about.
To deliver and improve the systems we build for clients.

Email and Canada's anti-spam law

We respect CASL. Any commercial email identifies who we are and includes a simple way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we honour it promptly. You can also opt out anytime by emailing kade@flintaisystems.ca.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site and our email, and only as needed to operate, or as required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact and client information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, anytime, at kade@flintaisystems.ca.
