Do you work outside Halifax?
Yes. Flint takes work across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador, and most of the work is done remotely anyway.
Do you come in person?
Yes, anywhere in the Maritimes. Kade comes to your business in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island.

What is the smallest, simplest thing worth starting with?
Usually the missed call. It is the quickest to build, and it is the one where you notice the difference within a week.
Starting small is also the point. You find out whether this suits your business before spending on anything bigger.
Do I need to understand AI to use this?
No. You describe your business in plain words and the technical side is handled for you.
What you get at the end is a short set of instructions in plain English, a walk-through in person or on a call, and someone to ring when you want something changed.
What happens when something breaks, and who do I call?
You call or text Kade at the number on this site. There is no ticket queue and no support address that nobody reads.
Anything that stops customers reaching you is treated as urgent and dealt with the same day. Smaller things get picked up in the ordinary course of the week.
Do I own what gets built, or am I locked in?
You own it and there is no contract keeping you. The accounts are in your name wherever a service allows it.
The realistic tie is that somebody has to look after it, and most owners would rather that be the person who built it than themselves. That is a choice you keep making month to month, not one you sign away at the start.
